Cancellation Policy
Hair By Meleah requires a credit card to hold each and every reservation. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. New color clients are required to schedule a consultation, multiple days prior to your desired color appointment date. Scheduled consultations can be held in person or via video chat for your convenience. If appointment is CANCELLED within 48 hours 95% of the service that was scheduled to be performed, and a 4% card fee will be charged to the card on file. NO-SHOWS are included under this policy and 95% of the service that was scheduled to be performed, and a 4% card fee will be charged to the card on file. Appointments 10 or more minutes late will be considered a No-Show. None of these charges/fees are ever transferable for future services scheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you schedule a color service, show up to the appointment, and do not receive any color service at all, you will still be charged accordingly for the time reserved, and a 4% card fee at checkout. (Please read the service descriptions and schedule a consultation before scheduling the actual color services to avoid these charges and inconveniences if you are unsure) Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled reservation we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive all of the services scheduled, but will still be charged fully for all of the time reserved. Because all of our services are based off of specific timing, we have set the time lengths of the appointments to reflect how much time will be needed to give you the highly detailed quality and consistency your hair deserves.
